    if you get the dish too salty, use some sugar to counterbalance it. different fix would be to add a few spoons of milk. honey will not always work (with oversalted pizza sauce – use sugar) but it should always work with eastern meat stews.

    you probably salted the food before you used nang pla or what it’s called. and that sauce is salty as heck

    man, Thai people don’t really know how to cook food with coconut. You suppose cook the coconut well then add base ingredient, then meat and vegetables. And also, you don’t put fish sauce while the meat is and vegetable still hard, it makes them salty and stinky.
