Those of you who aren’t sure about this recipe (or are still thinking about trying) should go ahead and make this dish – I’ve tried it, and it’s delicious! Dim & Cathy Geefay: thank you for sharing this awesome recipe! I’ve tried cooking fried rice using many different recipes and techniques before, and none turned out as great as this one. Plus, this is very easy to make.
that looks realllly good <3 well easy, too.
look like it has a lot of oil
Pho Noodle is Vietnamese food not Thai Food

At least you had the courage to try something new.
when rice is recooked in oil it is concidered ‘fried’ to asians. Westerners concider ‘fried’ as something soaked in hot fat like french fries or fried chicken. You don’t have to soak the food in hot fat to be concidered ‘fried’. It is just one step higher than sauteed.
u must be a really fit and healthy person though. u eat potato chips? they’re friend in oil.
I love thaifood, and I want to try it recipe.

it’s STIR fried. therefore, fried.
Whenever we buy Pho noodles, I spare the extra basil to make this, and pair it with some Filipino dishes.
