I don’t know. In this whole vid, I didn’t see anyone clean those shrimp. Only thing I saw them do was rinse them off, and then throw them in the pan. Not the most appetising picture, if you know what I mean.

Maybe you should move to a town with good food like SF. You probably live in a town that isn’t known for good food. Their are a few places in CA that have AMAZING foods, really amazing actually. I would recommend SF and Napa/Sonoma. Best wine in the country in Napa as well, and really great food.
