on an electric stove you try those flat Papadum pans. Or for a starter just try your fry pan.

  13. hiphop242 says:

If you use oven you get a better result when you use a pizza stone rather the a metal tray. The stone will absorb humidity and the naan will not stick on the stone. One change if you use pizza stone: you must preheat the oven with the pizza stone for at least 30 Minutes. The stone must have full heat when you put on the naan dough. That is the closed you can get to a tandoor.

(I haven’t tried the stove method yet though)

Vahchef…Thank you so much for this easy and yummy recipe. I tried it and the naan came out really well. I made them in oven.

There was jus one question…the naan was gr8..soft & tasty..but i felt that it was missing that rubbery feel to it. may be dat was because i used an oven and not a tandoor, but is there any way to add that rubberyness to the naan like we get in the restaurant?

Thnks again for the gr8 recipe…I luv all ur videos.
