I find it easy to prepare, and easy to digest. Also, I like making meat loaf and really enjoy cold meat loaf sandwich with mustard the next day. Turkey is great and versatile, and I can make leftovers all week long. Turkey fried rice, Hot turkey sandwiches, Club sandwich to name a few. Sometimes I'm just in the mood for cabbage rolls in a tomato sauce. I love lobster. I find it easy to prepare, and easy to digest.
