I do a high antioxidant smoothie and I make it with twelve ounces of water two handfuls of fresh baby spinach and a cup of frozen wild blueberries with flaxseed that is ground. I put half a banana in it! TONS OF ENERGY! I LOOK FORWARD TO WAKING UP AND MAKING THIS!

I know it may sound weird… but I’ve been enjoying cold raw oats as my cereal… mixed in a bowl with organic yogurt, a bit of filtered water and ground flax seed and kept in the fridge over night then adding a banana and various berries and sprouted sunflower seeds to taste first thing in the morning! Zing! =oD
