How do you know your food is processed food? Can produce and vegetables be processed foods? Does storing food in pots and pans in the refrigerator poison the food?

Yummy food – I made a wat using goat meat and the Berbere seasoning for Doro wat (not quite as much hot chile, used Ancho, Cascabel and Thai) Was a special occasion for my son and it came out really good! Saveur magazine site has a basic Berbere recipe and you can alter the spice as you like.

Ethiopian food is very delicious but with the exception of few restaurants, people have not mastered how to present it to new ppl. Restaurants who figure out how to interface with their customers that are new to Ethiopian cuisine will benefit themselves and their community. By the way, Ethiopian food is hardly represented by the restaurants. I can easily think thousands of kinds of ethiopian food….tibs/kitfo are just 2 out of a thousand.
